Stating the obvious here, but a simple Add/Remove Programs of Everquest Client does not remove every file. Anything digitally downloaded is left behind, as are logs and such. To be safe, ARP your EQ Client, go to C:\Program Files\Sony, and nuke the whole dir completely (save your logs and Screenies!!

Then reinstall Titanium. I have always had good results this way. And current DirectX as well (which I think is the solution to the current problems).
