Just source
this into you database that will add all the doors. Sorry I'm not sure where all the doors lead but if they are like most I've seen they are mainly cosmetic. Some may be portal to a zone or different area of the zone. As for adding this sql file in I use the MySQL admin restore utility and restore the sql file into my database.
