To Board Main Admin - UTF8
Is this webboard/wiki using the UTF8 profile? I think a lot of the problems with the Wiki has to do with the Latin system. Triple periods that are formed in MSWord and the quotes are members of the extended UTF8. I'm not sure if this will help. But you might want to try it on a test server.
