There are a number of quests that use plugins to handle the turnins to see what is going on. These plugins should be stored in a directory called plugins in the emu directory.
The plugins in question are delivered in a directory called plugins in the quest directory. They need to be relocated in order to work.
The quests that do not rely on the plugins should work just fine.
