Try doing a search next time. Your questions have been asked and replied to many, many times.
1.) You forgot to add the map files.
2.) You're using a new zone model that isn't supported. Use the old version of Nektulos forest. Just do a search for nektulos and I'm sure you'll get your answers. I recall even answering some.
