Summoned: Arrows of Marr (ID 8335) are the ones I used.
The 10 dose not updating is more an issue with items with charges in general that's been around a bit.. they just don't update clientside. I reverted potion changes for 6.2 because apparently it doesn't display stackable items if they have click effects like titanium does.
