Hmm now thats totally different. Competition like netscape versus ie isnt warez :P cause netscape aint using ie code to progress. Emulators are different, there using other peoples software, hence the warez. Verant assumes when they sell you the client your using it to connect to there servers, hence thats why they say don't make an emulator out of it in the license agreement
There not licensing the software to you to use for personal use. Warez goes way beyond distribution copywrited software
Warez is an idea, and the idea of such is that your getting something for free that you shouldnt, books software, online time, etc....
