I'm attempting to run a windows server. I've forwarded the ports 9000, 5998 7000-8000 and 9080, I've turned off my router's and my own personal firewall, I've tried this wiki tutorial with no results:

I can join and play on my server without any problems.
My router is a NetGear RP614 v3. What else can I do, besides having someone else host it for me? I want people to be able to join.
