Also to note before I get bashed for trying to run a server for this many people on a connection that speed, we're installing a new DS3 connection later this month =P We've been trying to get by on what we have until it's in, and I'm hoping for some confirmation that this is bandwidth related and will be resolved once we're running at 10 MBs up/down. And if it's not the connection, I'm anxious to be pointed to the problem so I can tinker with it
