He is a color? :P JK - Played a Rogue on live and that one has always gotten me, lol.
Have him log out and back in. It should resolve his issue. I have had players see this issue with mana as well and a log out/in always fixes it. Probably zoning would as well.
Most likely the reason that is happening is because you have something different setup on your server. Either level cap over 70, deleveling NPCs (used only on my server as far as I know), custom spells, etc. I know when I do a #showstats on players with that bug, it shows their mana as normal and full as it should, but I don't know if #showstats shows endurance or not.
I think there might have been another way to fix it too, but I can't recall it offhand. I don't think it has anything to do with the new binaries. On my server, I do have endurance setup to regen at a very high rate (set in the rules) because as it is, it takes forever for it to go back up normally.
