Napster is actually in better shape than a lot of other dot coms. The whole fight was in trying to get pieces of Napster pie, which was and is a big pie.
If eqemu ever gets to the scale of Napster, that would be a major accomplishment indeed. And I would be the first to apply for a job.
I don't think that Sony is crying over any loss of business today because of eqemu.
