No, you cannot legally download the right files you need for free. Either spend the 20$ to get a legal copy of Titanium or you won't get any support from these forums. Talk of getting the files illegally will get you banned. The forum rules that you agreed to should have already made this clear.

I am not meaning to be rude, but there is plenty of information available to help answer your questions if you spend a little time to look for it. We are always open to questions, but in most cases you can find the answer quicker if you just look. Certain things have been asked many many times and should be pretty easy to find a related post about them. I know it can be hard starting out completely new to something, so questions aren't bad.
