According to Lucy the DRU spell
E'ci's Frosty Breath has a resist modifier of cold (-200) so in theory it should be resisted about as much as Hand of Ro with a fire (-200) check. I've used it on many different mobs on the PEQ server and from my experience it is resisted way more - which leads me to believe that the modifier ist in fact cold (0) or at least close to that, making this spell pretty much useless.
