The misc shouts from outside Skyshrine/Sleepers aren't in yet, but only because I haven't gotten around to getting them in. I also need to fix up Kerafyrm's pathing in Skyshrine. Unless Angelox added the event, it won't be in his DB. It's in the PEQ CVS, and the newest server pack update also contains it.
