I am not exactly sure what you are asking, but if you are trying to set your account to have GM level status so you can use GM commands, you just need to install Navicat and go to your accounts table. Then just change the status field for your account from 0 to 250 and you will have access to all commands. You don't need to setup a minilogin for that, public works just fine.
