After the first reboot there was a nice period of good play but very shortly after Deiffen (Cavedude) announced another reboot for a software update. It was that second reboot that the server didn't come right back up after.
Don't sweat it, guys. CD and FNW will get it back up. Take the time to brush up on your Diablo II skills in preparation for the Diablo III release.
