I changed it back to Public. Here's the latest:

3. Minilogin.exe reporting . . .
Server mode: Standalone.

This is followed by what appears to be some sort of hash table for 0, 16 % 32.
Once Minilogin.exe is launched, World.exe reports "connected to loginserver: localhost:5999"
No login screen actually appears.
