That's the zip file I am using. In my folder are:

1. db.ini
2. patch_6.2.conf
3. LoginServer.ini
4. README.TXT
5. loginserverdb.sql
6. MiniLogin.exe

Is there a different startup sequence I should be using than what I've indicated?
