Go to libary.. Find the downward 'path' .. 90 degree turns downward..
Go down into basement area. You'll see a BLACK dragon statue ahead. GO RIGHT!
Go, take a left, and you'll see walls next to columns. At the end, there is another BLACK dragon statue.
The THIRD 'wall' between the columns has the hidden wall. Go down, enter palace area.
Go down further, and enter the Jail.
I love that zone. LoL.
