Here comes my lack of programming skills....
I searched the entire DSW (all files included in the distro) for in.open("spells_en.txt",ios::nocreate,filebuf:penp rot);
and it's not there. In net.cpp the last line # is 357...
Someone make me an rpm. hahahah j/k
