If you are downloading stuff instead of installing the game directly from the Titanium CDs, you will not be supported here, sorry. It is against the rules to discuss illegal files on this site. If you downloaded the game, then most likely you got the wrong version which is why you are seeing the problems you are seeing.
Please install from the retail CDs if you want support here.
