Also I'll throw what I do know about evolving items. When I was doing sof items one of the open spots by augments was actually for evolving data, back when I didn't have the size completely worked out I would often get items that appeared evolved.
Also the eqitems collector has a svn that goes back quite a ways, may not be titanium but it might be helpful.
