I saw this changelog message:

AndMetal: Corrected Packrat from 10% per level to 1% per level per the Titanium client. It also now affects coin weight (also 1% per level) per the Titanium client.

This seemed pretty low to me so I started doing a bit of google searching. I found a couple of posts stating it is 3% per AA level (search for 3% in the following):

I found no references to 1% per AA level. Out of curiosity, how was this determined to be 1% in the Titanium client?
