The readme can take care of nearly all of what you need. but a quick rundown.
mySQL from
www.mysql.org
get the odbc drivers too while your at it
eqemu win32 files, minilogin, and db (linked from the latest news post)
For spawns and such, get my latest DB release from the
worldbuilders forum. (don't use the magelo items atm)
a patched copy of everquest <-- hardest one for someone without internet at home.
