If you're speaking of how it shows up in a /who all GM, I believe that it's already enforced by the client. The different status levels correlate to the specific titles, anything from "Junior Apprentice" to "Developer". I'm not sure if there is a way to change this, I'm pretty sure it's hard-coded.
