Default Broken AA: Touch of the Wicked
The Shadow Knight AA "Touch of the Wicked" is supposed to reduce the timer on Harm Touch and its upgrades by 12 min per level. Having purchased 2 levels so far, it has not reduced the reuse timer at all.
