You say you are patched to Prophecy Of Ro, but the SS you posted looks like some bastardised version of EQ Classic.
To connect to the EQEmu LoginServer you need to install an unpatched version of Titanium or Secrets Of Faydwer from the DVDs, like the Wiki article you linked to says.
