Make sure your 3D card dirvers are up to date, you have the latest version of EQW (
http://www.eqwindows.com/eqw.zip ) and you have completely patched EQ (run the Thorough File checker in the patch). Dont forget to replace eqhost.txt after you patch but before you run EQW.
If this does not help then make a new post in the Win32 Support forum with your problem...
