im having this same issue.

can start game fine,
login fine,
browse server selection fine.

as soon as i go to select a server screen goes black and game is now not responding.

am currently using vista 64bit. have tried all the fix's in the dual core thread.
have also tried using win eq.

details from my dbg.txt are as follows, any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
