If you don't have an account with Steam get one. Purchase Everquest Seeds of Destruction. (I think it's $19.99 now) After it downloads do not run it until you alter the shortcut and edit your eqhost.txt file. If you run it before you make the changes, the Sony Live servers will patch it; you don't want that.
I'd strongly suggest making a backup copy of the SoD download before you start altering the files so that way you have a 'clean' copy of the directory as a backup. It should fall around 6GB total.
