Why be Hogie?
Simply put, You go on a server made by some sad n00b ( like myself  ) and say your hogie. They give you server op status no questions asked. You screw there server like a catholic priest and his altar boy, badda bing badda boom you got alittle chaos. I think it is however a waste of time but I'm just so evil.
