Well I have never encountered that error before but I did a quick google search using the error in your log files. It might be a problem with your perl installation or possibly a misplaced dll file.

Since you are able to log into the game world I would not change the perl revision that you are using. However uninstalling perl, cleaning up after the uninstalltion and then reinstalling perl just might fix that problem.
