Ok I'm making this up off of my Vista computer cause I'm too lazy to walk up the stairs to my Win7 computer, so lets hope I don't botch it.

Uninstall EQ Titanium
Reinstall EQ titanium in C:\Everquest
Open up the start menu on your computer and in the box type: C:\Everquest\eqhost.txt

Notepad should open up this file for you to edit
Change it to: Host=eqemulator.net:5998
Save the file and close the window

On the desktop, right click and create a new shortcut.
In the box type: C:\Everquest\eqgame.exe patchme
In the next window it will ask you to name it, then finish it.
You should be good to go (I hope) after that
