Plaguebearer Gnome Caster Quests
The quest giver doesn't respond to hails or the loaded wording. He's found in the Necro guild... I believe his name is is "Tilks" something? Sorry I dont have the right name but I just tried completing the robe part last night to no end.
Name is Tilkzog Mournunder and the items are Plague Sorcerer, not Bearer.
