Did you ever figure this out? I have no problem multiboxing 4 accounts on my older Core2 Duo laptop with Vista 32 bit, but my new Phenom II X6 on Win7 64 bit dies as soon as I fire up the second account.
Funny thing is that the first instance freezes when I open the second one, but I can still control the toon, move around, accept group invites, etc.
