I think it is rare for anyone to respond to these types of threads anymore because there are so many of them and the ultimate answer is always the same. Out of the years I have been here, active daily, I have only seen 1 confirmed person ever get their accounts back after losing their password.
The only person that has the power to help you is Rogean, and if you can't get a response from him, then you are out of luck, sorry.
