Just made some brand new features, but first, balanced the server out a bit:

- Stats now cap at Level * 10. Meaning, a level 10 character can only spend 100 points in a single stat.
- Stats do a general cap of level * 30. You can specialize in some, but not all can be spent. Additionally, due to these changes, the max materia point is limited to 15. After 15 materia, you will no longer be able to gain more (Forcing you to spend it.)
- If you were ahead of the cap before this update, that specific stat is now capped at the one for your level.
-NPCs are tweaked in difficulty because of the new stat caps. They all have completely new statistics, and have 66% less stats than players of that level range. For example, if you are a level 50 player, you will be fighting NPCs with 350ish stats. Their HP is relevant to (stats * stats), meaning, level 255 NPCs have a hitpoints of 2384. Players at level 250 will have 2500 in a single stat, and 7500 total stats before equipment, NPCs of that level have 2379, for numbers, anyway :P

And now for some features...

- Added an instance scaling feature, and gave all classes the ability to gate via an edge charm. You can play through any zone I made in the game at any level range, and they will drop tradeskill materials according to what level the group leader is. (The NPCs will also scale to this level.)
- To add to this, you will also be able to get credit for running level appropriate zones. This feature will not be in initially, but, it will result in statted jewelry.
- Materia will eventually be able to be spent to buy proc augs to further your gear needs.
