Hello, so. Today I started setting up a server, I have the server up and running. And it appears smooth....

However, no zones anywhere have spawned NPC's in them. I cant #dbspawn anything, and when useing GeorgeS tools to create a NPC. I can create the NPC, but cant spawn it.

I know when I launch the server batch file, I see a minor blip of an error for eqtime.cfg, but when browsing the forums. It seems like it is no longer needed and or not related to my issue.

I am useing perl 5.10 build 1007 32bit, 32bit MySql 5.1

I am running a 64bit OS (Vista premium)

I do have another possible issue, When launching the batch, All the patches 6.2, titanium,sof,sod etc all work.

However when I select a character, they all re post to world.exe and say they did not match.
