Have you tried to see if it happens on other servers? If not, then I would suggest troubleshooting your issue on the Irreverent forums, because it would be an issue they would have to resolve.
The best suggestion I can give you is to try the SoD or UF client instead of Titanium. The Titanium client is known to crash much more often while zoning multiple characters than the newer clients.
