REF: Shared Memory

//we have a big problem to solve here when we switch back to shared memory
//opcode managers because we need to change the manager pointer, which means
//we need to go to every stream and replace it's manager.

I have a Solution to fix and Solve all the errors for Each Expanshion.
copy and Rename Patch_Live.conf and Patch_6.2.Conf and Opcodes.conf for Each Expanshion.
So you'll have to goto every Expanshion file *.cpp and or *.H Refer It too it's Expanshion Name.
Note: Don't forget to copy all files into Server Directory.

Here an Example:

Patch_LiveT.conf = Titanium
Patch_LiveA.Conf = Anniversary
Patch_LiveF.Conf = FoS
Patch_LiveS.Conf = SoD
Patch_LiveU.Conf = Underfoot
Patch_LiveH.Conf = HoT
Patch_LiveV.Conf = VoA

Patch_6.2T.conf = Titanium
Patch_6.2A.Conf = Anniversary
Patch_6.2F.Conf = FoS
Patch_6.2S.Conf = SoD
Patch_6.2U.Conf = Underfoot
Patch_6.2H.Conf = HoT
Patch_6.2V.Conf = VoA

opcodesT.conf= Titanium
opcodesA.conf= Anniversary
opcodesF.conf= FoS
opcodesS.conf= SoD
opcodesU.conf= Underfoot
opcodesH.conf= HoT
opcodesV.conf= VoA

I went and corrected the 6.2_Patch Code Error In Server code
you'll see an O before it remove and recomplile.
Ref File patches.h
