A small thing, but you seem to have a different versions of LoginServer.ini in the source and binary zips. The source zip version has a [WorldConfig] section whereas the binary version has [WorldServer], so if you extract the source over the binary (like I just did) it throws up an error.
Either way it's still giving my an incorrect version with latest live patch and minilogin, I'll investigate more later
