Ok.. Let me try this again.. Nothing personal here, just an example, dont take offense, Im just trying to use this to prove my point...

Here's an snippet from your profile Boomba

Birthday September 7, 1966
Biography I drink like mad and sleep all day
Location New York
Interests sex, booze, good food, books, hiking
Occupation currently unemployed.

Now, at first glance, it would be easy for me too say,
Hmmmm...

He's a 35 year old perverted drunk, who can't get a job, and drinks all night and sleeps all day... He must be a NO LIFE LOSER..

Now,
Because I dont know your personal circumstances, or anything at all about you other than your desire to call peope who would pay for a premium service "NO LIFE LOSER's", I would never make such an accusation..

You are probably a very cool guy, I'm just trying to point out that making such sweeping generaliztions about people you know nothing about will often brand you as being uninformed and judgemental...

Like I said, nothing personal, I just think you are being unduly harsh. If I spent 300 hours a month playing EQ like alot of the hardcore EQaholics, I would probably be able to rationalize the extra 30 bucks a month. Should their normal service include extra extra gm support? I dont think so, its 8 bucks a friggin month, you already get a pretty rich experience out of it for the relatively low subscription cost... Im not looking at their budget, so Im not going to decide whether they could put more GM's on staff to support these types of things. But consider, for 1 GM per server to run a GM event at the same time, that requires 20 GM's. Verant is not a huge company, I dont think they would have the resources for all the production threads. 1 server means they can hire a couple of EVENT only people, that can manage just the one server.

Once again, just my opinion.
