Maybe try

Sounds like you guys are probably having issues with the EQEmu Launcher, which is something that is not supported directly by these forums as we do not host or develop that tool. When the Launcher web host is down, it won't work, but you can always still just connect to EQEmu the normal way without using the launcher by following the simple guide here:

Basically, you just need to change your eqhost.txt file and make a shortcut to your eqgame.exe file and modify that shortcut. Then you never need the launcher again and won't be affected when the hosting for that tool is down.
