PEQ DB and import_client_files.exe
I have a questions regarding import_client_files.exe.
Context:
Compiled eqemu binaries from git and using peq_db from google drive as of 20140215. Client *appears* to be late 2012 Rain of Fear client.
Question:
Does using import_client_files.exe and the current peq_db provide increased level cap, SkillCaps.txt, and more spells, spells_us.txt, using eqemu and peq_db?
