I am beginning to suspect someone took a vacation or some other event. I and another have been seeking assistance from a forum admin with fixing our older accounts. No response, either. I hit the IRC as well, but no one is responsive to inquiries. "idle" accounts.
Eventually, someone will notice and assist us. Just a matter of patience and time.
