Just as stated above looked all over my machine for this file I can not find it anywhere and I need it to setup a server. Been following the guide in this link here.

Even just did a general search the entire computer for the login.ini file .. still nothing came up. Where is this file suppose to be located?!? please just which folders its under or suppose to be under would help a lot, I already googled and searched the forums and everyone just shows whats in there login.ini file and not WHERE it was.
