Mobs Repost/block/parry at level 1 issue
Ok so its 2 things really. first is Mobs riposte, parry, block, dodge, starting at level 1, how you apply the same level requirements to them as PC players?
Also the second, mend, Harmtouch, Lay of lands also refresh upon zoning is there a fix to this issue as well?
