(assuming you own a copy of everquest and it is installed), run everquest.exe (or the shortcut on your desktop) and patch to the current version of EQ..
Then download this file (
EQHOST.TXT ) and place it in your EQ directory (overwrite the old one). then download and extract the EQW files (
http://www.eqwindows.com ) to your EQ directory, run it, and play.
