I was talking about when hogie said this:

It was in reference to Chuck discussing the fact that if they didn't comply he would have the hosting company comply for you (or whatever)
Personally, was Hogie a prospective client? If he got a nice email that said "You're using unlicensed software, please buy it".
Would he:
a) give attitude
b) buy it
c) got to phpBB anyway.
Probably both a+c
