I want to setup a EQ server for my own personal use on localhost. I got everything set up (besides the eqemu_config.xml) and I'm positive I did it right.
The guide for editing the eqemu_config.xml was confusing for using the server for localhost.
Can someone tell me what to do for localhost?

I got it working (I think) here is what it looks like.
But how do I create a char? Do I need to have everquest downloaded? If so, how to connect the launcher to my server?
